We reached Charleston 6:30 this afternoon. What marvelous roads. The country is very flat and very populated. Cotton and tobacco fields line the roadway.
We spent Sunday night 8:30 AM.
I sent you a telegram. I hope I will get an answer back. So anxious to hear about you & Cathie. Love,
Arlie
