A waterfront amusement resort is shown with a large body of water in the foreground and a busy promenade lined with people. Wooden structures, a roller coaster-like framework, and tall decorative light poles fill the scene. The card is captioned as The White City, Savin Rock, West Haven, Conn. $100,000 Amusement Resort.
