Dear Belle:
Received your letter and was very glad to hear from you. Mother is still fine. She is in the hospital. She can't sit up yet, so I don't know when she will be home. She was operated on two weeks this coming Wednesday. Some class to your friend! She's some sport. Hoping to see you soon.
I remain Yours Truly,
410 ½ 229 Prospect St.
Bridgeport, Conn.
