Description
A colorful street scene shows Market Square in Portsmouth with rows of multi-story buildings lining the square. Early automobiles, a streetcar, and a horse-drawn wagon share the open roadway with a few pedestrians. Storefront signs and awnings are visible along the block, giving the view a busy downtown feel. The card is undated.
