Our meats and fowls are cooked over hickory logs on our
open pit. It is a proven fact that meats cooked with
wood from the deep South are endowed with savory, deli-
cious flavor. Hickory cooked Baby-Ribs, Chicken, Duck,
Prime Beef, Pheasant, Quail, Venison, and Brook Trout.
