Description
A comic illustration shows two small children sitting closely together on a large fallen log in a grassy field. Both wear oversized formal outfits, including a top hat and a large bow, with a fluffy cloud shape behind them. The caption suggests a humorous wartime theme, and the artist signature appears at lower left. The card is undated.
