Mother Strickhouser,
I have been writing and stopped to answer some cards. May's letter was received. She sent me an Uncle Sam card last week. It was a treasure, as all her cards & letters are to me. She was going to have company last eve., a girl who called on me before. Saying that my other sister & I are going to Bridgeton. I wish Jay & May could come up on a little visit.
I was real sorry to hear that the girls have been poorly, all of them. That grippe is certainly a nuisance.
