Dear Everett & Leslie,
Nice to get your card yesterday. We too, stayed home on the 4th. It was very hot, but was lovely in our yard in the evening. On Sunday we went to Easton. Grace Erdman was visiting Lillian for four days + we had a picnic at Jennie's; eleven of us. I + I both were substitute organists that day.
This card is a picture of a place we stayed at coming home from Harrisburg that April. Love, Mother & Dad.
