Description
A busy pier extends into the water with many people standing along the dock. Several sailboats and small boats are visible nearby, including one large sailboat with lettering on its sail. The scene shows a waterfront harbor area with open water and distant shoreline buildings. The card is dated 1854 in the printed caption area, but the postcard itself appears to be mid-20th century undated.
